Kolorkote produces oven baked color coated Aluminium and Aluzinc coils With a choice of over 25 colors, the coatings are applied on a well-prepared surface under controlled conditions by a roll coating process and baked in a continuous oven to form a hard, smooth and uniform finish. Kolorkote undertakes high quality coatings such as thermosetting Acrylic/Polyester/Silicon polyesters.

Widths are normally 1000 mm to 1200 mm, and substrate thicknesses vary from 0.30 mm to 1.2 mm for Aluminium and 0.20 mm to 0.35 mm for Aluzinc. Popular RAL colors are:
